By placing an order or otherwise using this website you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please do not use this website.
PRIVACY:
This store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose to pay directly with a credit card to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Other third parties, such as PayPal, Afterpay, Mail Chimp & Australia Post also have their own privacy policies and will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us, such as completing payment (PayPal & Afterpay, if you choose these options), sending updates and newsletters to your email address if you sign up for these (Mail Chimp) or getting your parcel to you (Australia Post).
We take your privacy seriously. Your information is stored securely and not forwarded on to any unnecessary parties. You can request for your information to be removed from the database or opt out of newsletters or tracking updates at any time by contacting us on the information below.
RETURNS:
Customer service is important to me and customer satisfaction is my top priority. If your purchase is damaged, faulty or incorrect when it arrives, please contact me using the contact information below as soon as possible to discuss the issue/s and come to an agreement about a return or exchange. I pride myself on the quality of my products and my many happy customers so I will work with you to resolve any issues within my control.
Depending on the issue you may need to return your items by reply paid post for me to inspect so that I can determine what went wrong in the processing of your items. In some instances, photographic evidence may be enough.
Refunds or replacements will NOT be provided when:
1) You have changed your mind
2) You have incorrectly entered a name for a personalised item or have approved a mock up that had incorrect spelling
3) Damage or defects are a result of not following correct care instructions or are a result of ordinary wear and tear or abnormal use
4)You do not get in contact about the fault in a timely manner (within 30 days of delivery or pickup)
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:
Cancellations are only accepted if work on your order has not been started yet, this includes any design work for personalised items. All cancellations and partial refunds will incur a 10% restocking fee.
ERRORS:
Although all care is taken for this website to be free from errors, there may at times be typographical errors, price inaccuracies or stock availability oversights. In these circumstances, we have the right to amend any errors, inaccuracies or oversights and to correct or update content or cancel orders at any time without prior notice. Please note that this also applies to orders that have been submitted. In the instance of price inaccuracies, you will be given the choice to pay the difference or receive a full refund.

All artwork used in designs is licensed to Little Field Handmade who holds the rights to sell and print the artwork under commercial licenses.
