Turnaround times listed are for production time only and don't include shipping, so please factor this in when ordering. 

CURRENT TURNAROUND TIMES:

PREORDERS (eg. Halloween, Christmas, etc) - Please check preorder listings for expected shipping dates

CUSTOM ORDERS - 4-6 weeks

READY TO SHIP ITEMS - Posted within 3 business days for regular postage (or 1 business day for express postage).

MIXED ORDERS:

If you order items with different turnaround times at the same time they will be sent in one package at the longest turnaround time of the items ordered. If you would like to receive them in separate parcels, please put through two separate purchases however this will incur two separate shipping charges and these purchases can not be combined for free shipping.
